Recently, Adela Jansen and David H. Carstens, two internationally renowned experts, have joined Leviatan Group’s Board of Advisors to strengthen our commitment to excellence and innovation in construction projects. 

Known for their vast professional experience in various fields, the input of these experts will open new valuable perspectives in the construction industry for Leviatan Group, which includes Leviatan Design, Ubitech Construcții and eConfaire Immersive Design, driving the long-term success of our group of companies. 

Adela Jansen is an independent non-executive director in several companies and business organizations boards and advisory boards, investor and associated professor. She has over 25 years of top management experience in international and local companies, in business launches and development, transformation, outsourcing and restructuring, in several industries, such as financial services, telecommunications, hospitality and FMCG, including in listed companies.  

Adela accumulated expertise in areas of strategy, business development, human resources, stakeholder management and governance, advocacy, operations. She launched or was an early adopter in various business initiatives, building performant and motivated teams, as well as extensive local and international business networks.

David H. Carstens, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, joins Leviatan Group after a remarkable 30-year military career. From Oct 2018 to Sep 2023, David H. Carstens served as Chief of the Military Liaison Office (MLO) at the U.S. Embassy in Romania.

His previous experiences as the Director of Anti-Terrorism/Emergency Management and Command Inspector General for U.S. Army Europe are invaluable. His former role as Commander of the US Army Garrison in Wiesbaden, Germany and its 20,000 soldiers and families, confirms his leadership skills and strategic vision.

David H. Carstens held several key positions in the U.S. Army during his distinguished career as a Military Intelligence Officer. His previous assignments included tours at the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and combat assignments in Afghanistan and Iraq. He currently owns a company that designs and implements full spectrum protection solutions for major corporations. 

Adding these two experts to Leviatan Group’s Board of Advisors is a significant step in developing our business strategy, bringing our companies closer to achieving our growth goals in the construction market.
