“In life, you need three things: your health, a purpose, and people to love. That’s it.” These words from Indian-American entrepreneur Naval Ravikant are echoed in the social responsibility initiatives carried out by Ubitech Construcții—initiatives that show how change begins with the people who live in and shape society.
Ubitech Construcții, a full-service general contractor, actively promotes healthy behaviours that support both physical and mental wellbeing, while also fostering care for others and for the environment. The aim is to inspire people—within and beyond the organisation—to take part in the change they want to see in the world around them.
This vision gave rise to the UBIceiuri Sănătoase campaign more than a year ago, designed to spotlight the social actions of the Ubitech team and to motivate others to adopt similar habits. From raising awareness about mental and physical health to encouraging environmental protection and acts of kindness, the campaign has featured a wide range of examples on the company’s Facebook and Instagram platforms.
In 2024, Ubitech is relaunching the campaign in a new format, ready to promote new healthy habits. Those who wish to join the journey are invited to follow and connect with the company’s social media communities.
The “Heroes” of the First Year of #UBIceiuriSănătoase

Cristi, from the Facilities Department, led the way in January 2023, the month dedicated to physical health. In February, focusing on emotional and mental wellbeing, the campaign held its first online contest—with the winner receiving two tickets to the Bucharest National Opera.
In March, the spotlight shifted to compassion for others. We celebrated Ionuț and George, from the Procurement and Facilities departments, known for their regular involvement in humanitarian campaigns. April, the month of environmental care, brought recognition to Sami from the Digital Twin Department, who consistently chooses cycling as his preferred mode of transport—whether heading to work or university.
In May, the campaign returned to the topic of physical health. Iulian Nedelcu, a committed supporter of UBIceiuri Sănătoase, was named ambassador of the month. Though he competes as an amateur, Iulian has taken the podium at numerous national competitions. On 13–14 May, he and several Ubitech colleagues ran in the OMV Petrom Bucharest Half Marathon to support HOSPICE Casa Speranței. The month also featured the campaign’s second contest, with two winners receiving Gold Nutrition vouchers worth 599 lei each for encouraging friends to embrace a more active lifestyle. In June, the focus turned again to caring for others, and followers were encouraged to bring joy to children and help make their dreams come true.
In July, another example of environmental commitment was shared: tree planting. Anca, from the Procurement Department, has adopted this practice as a personal habit and has taken part in numerous planting initiatives over the years.

August revisited mental and emotional wellbeing, highlighting the positive effects of travel. Followers followed Iulian Nedelcu again, this time as he combined training with nature hikes—on routes like Negoiu Peak and from Bâlea Lake to Moldoveanu Peak and back.
September introduced a new campaign phase dedicated to selective waste collection. The third campaign contest invited followers to share an environmentally responsible habit and tag a friend to do the same. The winner received a 600 lei voucher to Edenland Park.
In October, the campaign focused on the role of a balanced diet in improving physical and mental health, quality of life, stress resilience and longevity. In November, attention shifted to the value of human connections.
Finally, December brought the campaign full circle by promoting kindness and compassion. Through small acts of generosity and support, followers were reminded that empathy and solidarity can shape a better world. Ubitech used this opportunity to invite the online community to show that these values define who they are.
