Nearly 100 people took part in the Open your heART for HOSPICE charity auction held on October 31, 2023, an initiative organised by Leviatan Design and Ubitech Construcții, two companies recognised for their innovation in construction, commitment to team development, and ongoing social involvement.
The event celebrated the artistic talents of Leviatan and Ubitech team members, while supporting HOSPICE Casa Speranței in its mission to give children and adults with incurable illnesses a chance at a better life.
All the artworks exhibited were sold, raising over 13,000 lei for HOSPICE Casa Speranței. This amount translates into tangible help: it can cover two days of medication and medical supplies for 260 patients, outpatient consultations for 160 patients, or 46 home care visits by the HOSPICE medical team.
The auction featured 65 art pieces, created over three months by 16 employees from the two companies, as well as by artists from the Contemporia team and Anca Dușe, a long-time collaborator involved in many creative projects with Leviatan and Ubitech.
This initiative not only reflects the commitment of the two companies to social causes but also highlights their philosophy of encouraging creativity and personal expression within their teams. It follows shortly after both Leviatan and Ubitech expanded their employee benefits package, further emphasising the group’s focus on personal growth and employee well-being.
The Open your heART for HOSPICE auction was hosted at the TN Offices Building 3a reception, with generous support from Timpuri Noi Square, and marks the first event in the From Passion to Action series—dedicated to showcasing the creative energy and social engagement of the Leviatan and Ubitech teams.
