The project involves the consolidation and rehabilitation of pavilions, the construction of roads, alleys, platforms, and a heliport, as well as the construction of new administrative and multifunctional pavilions and other facilities to support the activities at the Valea Poienii training ground in Argeș County.

The development of the facilities within the training ground will create modern conditions for the stationing, training, and evaluation of national forces specialized in CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) defense and those participating in missions and operations under the auspices of the EU.
