Project 940 is located in the northern part of Bucharest and is part of a key military facility belonging to the Romanian Air Force.

As part of the project, the Ubitech team built a multifunctional administrative pavilion designed to provide optimal conditions for all activities specific to military personnel.

The building has a structure of Basement + Ground Floor + 2 Floors, with a footprint of 1,290.20 sqm and a total floor area of 5,320.18 sqm. It reaches a maximum height of 15.40 m at the attic level and a total volume of 20,974.87 cubic meters.

The project consists of five investment components, with the administrative pavilion as the main one. It includes the following functional areas:

• offices
• museum and traditions exhibition hall
• meeting rooms and multipurpose activity rooms
• social and recreation rooms
• accommodation rooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers
• changing rooms and sanitary facilities equipped with showers
• kitchen and dining area
• infirmary, including a treatment room
• doctor’s office and waiting room
