The project involves the development of new facilities at Borcea Air Base 86 to support the efficient conduct of activities on the base.

More specifically, the project involves the construction of a single-story food service pavilion with a gross area of over 2,000 square meters and a volume of over 12,000 cubic meters. The project also includes the construction of a parking lot for the pavilion, along with vehicle and pedestrian access roads.

The execution period of the works is 15 months from the delivery of the site and the issuance of the order to start the execution, and the period allocated for design services is 3 months.
