Within this project, specialists from our group of companies will ensure the design and construction of the new Clinical Pneumology and Infectious Diseases Hospital of Brasov.

With a total area of over 40,000 square meters, the hospital will have a total of 279 beds, including 257 beds for inpatient care and 22 beds for outpatient care.

The hospital will be built to nZEB+ standards (nearly zero energy building), by integrating architectural and technical solutions that significantly reduce energy consumption.

The deadline for completion of the construction works is 22 months, and the period allocated for design services is 6 months.

The project will contribute to the development of hospital infrastructure in Romania and will provide access to modern, safe, and high-quality treatment for the population of Brasov and the metropolitan area.
