The project includes the construction of storage facilities for special materials at the 86 Borcea Air Base and has an execution period of 18 months. More precisely, the project includes the construction of new buildings with the necessary facilities and equipment, groundworks (platforms for the temporary storage of materials and enclosure roads), and enclosure fencing. Utility networks (electricity and piped water) will also be built, connecting to the existing networks within the military base.

This project aims to modernize and develop the operational infrastructure capabilities of the military base to support NATO and Romanian Air Force missions in optimal conditions and operational security.
