As part of this project, facilities were developed for the “Dimitrie Cantemir” National Military College located within the Breaza 1140 military base, through the design and construction of a food services building and a laundry facility.

The food block has a total area of 2,758 square meters and a height of S+P+1E. It includes kitchens, dining rooms, and technical spaces, equipped with a BMS system and photovoltaic panels, which ensure intelligent control of energy consumption and increased energy efficiency. The building intended for the canteen has a height regime of S+P and a floor area of 952 sqm.

The project was developed in a BIM system by specialists from our group of companies, and to facilitate monitoring and intelligent maintenance throughout the entire lifecycle of the two buildings, they created a Digital Twin of the buildings.
