The project includes the construction of a NOC (Network Operations Centre) and CSOC (Cyber Security Operation Centre) pavilion, as well as related utilities, within a military base in Sibiu. With a height of B+G+1F, the pavilion will have a gross area of about 4,000 square meters and a usable area of about 3,000 square meters. 

To meet NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, the pavilion will be equipped with solar panels for hot water production and photovoltaic panels to generate electricity for lighting specific areas. The building will also feature sensors to detect open windows and minimize heat consumption.
